Caoimhe Roddy is an award-winning Senior Publishing Producer at Chucklefish, known for her compassion-driven production approach. She played a key role in enabling Chucklefish’s switch to a 4-day work week. Caoimhe is responsible for taking Chucklefish titles through the publishing process from signing through to post-launch. She received the Game Dev Heroes Production Hero Award in 2019 and MCV’s 30 Under 30 in 2020.
