Max Pears is a professional level designer, with seven years of experience in the industry. Working on a range of titles from Mobile, Indie, Augmented Reality to currently AAA. Best known for his work as a technical level designer on The Division by Ubisoft to now working on the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 at CD Projekt Red. Max is super passionate about level design, so much so in his spare time he discussed them to great length on his podcast Level Design Lobby, as well as releasing his new book ‘Let’s Design: Combat’
